Yes. We coordinate directly with your host or property manager whenever possible.
No, you simply place the order online and pay upon delivery. The reason is that if we need to change or replace any product, the total price changes, or we have to issue a refund. Banks in Costa Rica can take up to 90 days to process refunds.
Cash or credit card upon delivery. If you won’t be home, we’ll send you a photo of the order at your house and a payment link so you can pay with your credit card.
Yes. Orders placed before 4:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery.
