Greek Chicken x 4 – 450/500 grs – The Sausage Guy

Greek Chicken is made with fresh chicken and mixed with feta, spinach, roasted garlic, vinegar, lemon juice and fresh herbs and spices. We make it in sausage and bulk as we discovered when cooked with fresh ripe tomatoes and basil, it makes an excellent pasta sauce and no additional herbs or spices need to be added.
